Just noting that it is fine there is only the removal of the punctuation for single pointer.. The other one, perimeter is only 2.2

Reminder: when the time comes to merge, I will use a rebase merge for this rather than a squash merge, to retain 1 commit per erratum as well as the cherry-picking breadcrumb trail.
This backports the relevant commits from PRs referenced in #4370 from the latest CFC for errata, to the 2.1 guidelines.
Note that #4165 is not applicable to 2.1, as it only affects an SC added in 2.2.
All backports were performed with
git cherry-pick -x
to include information on the originating commit.
